A 5-course dinner prepared by celebrity guest chef Bobby Chinn awaits the lucky BDO World Elite MasterCard cardholders who secured tickets to Epicurean Masters presented by BDO, a sold-out event.
The Old Manila restaurant in Manila Peninsula is the perfect starting venue for this culinary adventure, the first in Manila. This culinary event is inspired by the Asian Masters, a celebration of everything that makes Asia good–our produce, our heritage, our talents and our culture.
The Epicurean Masters presented by BDO is a 3-day affair featuring 3 celebrity guests chefs as they cook and prepare in Manila’s finest restaurants and hotels beginning in Manila Peninsula and culminating in Solaire Resort and Casino-Finestra Restaurant.
Dinner guests will be treated to an epicurean dinner extravaganza prepared by Chef Bobby Chinn, known globally for his Bobby twist on Vietnamese cuisine.

A 6-course dinner prepared by celebrity guests Chef Bobby Chinn and Dan Segall await the lucky BDO World Elite MasterCard cardholders who secured tickets to this second Epicurean Masters presented by BDO, another sold-out event.
This epicurean dinner will be held in Old Manila, Manila Peninsula. Chef Bobby Chinn is famous for opening two world-class restaurants in Vietnam: Restaurant Bobby Chinn in Hanoi and Bobby Chinn Saigon. For the past 6 years, he has also been the host of Discovery TLC’s award-winning series, World Cafe. In 2013, Chef Bobby moved to London to open the House of Ho in London’s chic SoHo district.
Chef Dan Segall is currently The Big Idea (TBI) Group Executive Chef. He has put his distinctive mark on successful restaurants like Zuma in Hongkong and Fat Cow in Singapore aside from M1NT Shanghai, a modern day members club which instantly gained top marks as one of Shanghai elite’s favorite eateries in 2009 and opening the prestigious KU DÉ TA Singapore atop the iconic Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort in 2010 as its Executive Chef.

The last leg of Epicurean Masters presented by BDO is going to be held at Finestra in Solaire Resort and Casino.
This event is still open to interested diners for P10,000 net per head. The celebrity guest chef is Chef Diego Chiarini, award-winning chef for his work in Carpaccio from the ‘Henri Gault, Guide des Restaurants Etrangers de Paris’ aside from being the Executive Chef and Partner of Singapore’s Italian restaurant, OSO.
Chef Diego has also upped the standards of the following restaurants after working and cooking in them: Bice in Tokyo Four Seasons Hotel, the Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris, the Four Seasons Hotel in Milano, and the Hotel de Paris in Monaco. Bice has even been named one of the ten best Italian restaurants in the world.
